When an event is cancelled or postponed to a date more than 48 hours from the original, bets are refunded at odds of 1.00 (the staked amount is returned). For football matches interrupted after 90 minutes of play, final result markets are settled based on the score at the time of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules for that sport.
The 882bet reserves the right to correct and void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical or human error. An odd is considered clearly erroneous when it differs by more than 30% from the market odds published by other bookmakers at the same time. Live (in-play) bets are processed in real time. There is a slight delay between on-field action and odds updates — as a result, bets may be automatically declined or suspended during high-volatility moments such as penalty kicks, player send-offs, or goal situations.

882bet continuously monitors betting activity for unusual patterns. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct may be subject to: temporary suspension for review, permanent account closure, and balance freeze until the internal investigation is complete.
You may close your account at 882bet at any time, for any reason, by contacting support. Your available real-money balance (not tied to any bonus rollover) will be returned via Pix once identity verification is complete, with no penalties.
882bet may close or suspend an account for: violation of these Terms and Conditions; suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity; request by a competent authority; or inactivity exceeding 24 months with no available balance.
Accounts with no activity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet) for more than 24 consecutive months are considered inactive. An administrative fee of R$ 5.00 per month may be applied to the balance of inactive accounts following prior email notification. If the balance reaches zero, the account is archived but can be reactivated upon request to support.
